connectBLC Release Updates 04.25.2023

Open House Detail added to Legacy Version Reports
When viewing a listing that has a scheduled upcoming open house, the details are now displayed on all listing report formats including Legacy version reports.



Additionally, updates to the handling of open houses that have been canceled or have passed has been improved to ensure they are removed from advertisement on external websites.

Ability to Use Current Location as Starting Point for Driving Directions
When using the Driving Directions feature, you now have the option to use your current location as the starting point. Upon making the selection, your device’s location coordinates will auto-populate & be used as the first location for your Driving Directions. This can be particularly useful when using connectBLC on a mobile device.


Note: you may need to adjust your device’s permissions in order to receive location information.

CMA Subject Property is Displayed on the Map When Searching for Comparables
Upon auto-populating the Listing ID into the Subject Property section of a CMA, the listing will automatically be displayed on the map with the other comparable properties in order to provide context regarding proximity to the Subject Property’s address.


Add/Edit: Closed Date Must be Within Two (2) Business Days of Changing a Listing Status to “Closed”
When changing a listing to Closed, the Close Date must be within two business days of the current date. If the Close Date is outside of that range, a warning message will appear & the listing may be flagged for review by BLC Compliance.




Add/Edit: Listings Must be Entered into connectBLC within Two (2) Business Days of the List Date
Similar to the point above, when adding a listing to the BLC, the List Date must be within two business days of the current date. If the List Date is outside of that range, a warning message will appear & the listing may be flagged for review by BLC Compliance.

Add/Edit: Area Number Must be Selected from the Dropdown List (No Manual Entry Permitted)
To maintain data accuracy, when adding/editing a listing, the Area field selection must be checked from the available dropdown list. Manual entry will no longer be permitted.



Add/Edit: “Possible Financing” Field Updated to match Search Field
In order to prevent confusion, the Current Financing field has been relabeled "Possible Financing" to enter in relevant financing information.
