Improvements to Street Address Search: Searching Multiple Addresses at Once
1. Open the Search module and choose to complete a Street Address search.
2. Change the default criteria at the top, if needed. Otherwise, enter known information into the Addresses fields. Choose "+ Address" button when ready to enter a new address.
Days on Market Calculation Improvements – Back On Market
Listings with multiple status changes will now calculate Days on Market by taking account of the days off market time. On-market (Active, Pending) were corrected to display real-time. Off-market listings subject to correction will be updated following notification to the listing agent and managing broker.
The Full Listing view on the Client Portal now displays the same information in the same report order as the Full Client report in the system. An icon has also been added under the listing photo for properties that have an Unbranded Virtual Tour and/or Interactive Virtual Tour uploaded.
Expiring Automated Search Email Links now direct to the Client Dashboard
Automated searches expire with a maximum run length of 6 months (180 days) from the date the search is created. This expiration conserves system resources and prevents unwanted or forgotten searches from continuing to run. An email reminder is generated to remind you when a search is going to reach its expiration date. If you do not want to continue the search, no action is needed. To extend or renew the search, the link included in the email will now direct you to the Client Dashboard, providing a more seamless method for identifying the search to be updated.
