Ability to Search by a Range of Areas
When conducting a search, you can include a range of Area numbers by entering the intended criteria within the Area field.
Upon pressing Enter, all Area numbers within the range will be added as search criteria, & the
number of matching listings will update accordingly.
Listing Alerts Displayed within Bulletins Widget
List Agents are able to see a notification regarding any of their listings with a violation or impending expiration date or other alerts from the Listing Alerts section of the Bulletins widget on the My BLC Home Page.
Virtual Tour Links Displayed within Reports
Links to a variety of tours are available from all reports within connectBLC. Examples of where the information is displayed within different report types is available below.
Photo Captions Displayed within Printed Reports
When printing a report that includes photos (e.g., Full Detail w/ Photos) captions will be displayed under the thumbnail images, where applicable.
Thumbnail Image of Listing Displayed within My Favorites
When viewing listings that you have favorited from the My Favorites page, a thumbnail image of the listing will be displayed.
Client Favorites List: Ability to Schedule a Tour with Broker Bay
When viewing listings that a Client has marked interest in from the Favorites section of the Client Dashboard, you can select a listing & click the Broker Bay icon to schedule a tour.
Upon clicking the Broker Bay icon, various scheduling options will display, when available.
Client Favorites List: Ability to View a Timestamp for When a Client Has Marked Interest in a Listing
When viewing listings that a Client has marked interest in from the Favorites section of the Client Dashboard, a timestamped record of when the action took place is recorded & displayed.
Resolved: Ability to Print/PDF My Favorites
A previous issue which resulted in errors when saving the My Favorites list as a PDF has been resolved. As such, listings from within the My Favorites page can be printed &/or saved as a PDF from the toolbar icon.
Resolved: Client Comments Displayed within Dropdown Menu in Client Activity Widget
A previous issue involving comments made by Client has been resolved. As such, all comments that have been entered by Clients from within their Client Portals are visible to Agents within the Client Activity widget & Client Dashboard.
