Ability to Auto-Fill CMA Subject Property Information from a Tax Report
When creating a CMA report, you can auto-populate data regarding the Subject Property from an existing BLC record or from a tax record.
From the Subject Property section of the report, you can enter a Listing ID to auto-populate from a BLC record or enter the Address & County to search for the most recent tax record. Regardless of which record you would like to populate from, click Auto-Fill to automatically import the relevant data.
Note: Please keep in mind that a BLC record will include data including a photo (where applicable), but a tax record will not. It is, however, a helpful option if the Subject Property does not have an associated BLC record.
Ongoing Improvements to Print Navigation
As connectBLC continues to evolve to meet your market’s specific needs, additional print options have been added including the ability to print when viewing a listing within a new window & to print a Full Client Report from your My Favorites list.
Printing a Listing from within a New Window
When viewing a listing report, click the New Window icon.
Once open, click the Print icon.
Printing a Full Client Report from the My Favorites Page
From the My Favorites page (available from the main menu toolbar on any page in connectBLC) select a listing & click the Print icon.
Select the Full Detail- Client report & print.
“Publish Listing” Has Replaced “Assign Listing Number” When Adding a Listing
When adding a listing to connectBLC, Publish Listing will display when the listing has met all data checks & is ready to be added to the BLC.
Mobile: Ability to Show All, Selected, or Unselected Search Results
When viewing search results on a mobile device, you can choose to only show certain listings (Selected or Unselected) from the corresponding Show dropdown menu. You can toggle between options as needed.
Mobile: Ability to Call an Agent from a Listing Report with Just One Click
When viewing a listing report on a mobile device, clicking on the Agent’s phone number will automatically open the default Phone app with the phone number populated to provide a more seamless experience.
