Down Payment Resource Available from Listing Reports
A Down Payment Resource feature is available from within the listing report for any eligible properties.
The tool can be accessed from the Additional Info link.
Upon clicking the link, a pop-up window with information from Down Payment Resources will display with
Down Payment programs that may be relevant to the listing.
Continued Improvements to Features through connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members and continued evaluation by the
MIBOR team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements
in this release include:
• More intuitive menu navigation on mobile devices
• Greater consistency with user permissions and restrictions when impersonating
• Possible Financing displays within listing reports
• Updated verbiage to zero/few photo alert when adding/editing a listing
