Improvements to Teams
The following improvements have been implemented to ensure accurate attribution when adding/removing Teams from a listing:
• Ability to look up Team information from the Agent/Office section & populate the List section accordingly
- Team information is comprehensively cleared out when switching the List Agent attributed to a listing
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members and continued evaluation by the MIBOR team, improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented.
Improvements in this release include:
• Original Market Time (OMT) is based on Address as well as Parcel Number to prevent confusion surrounding duplicate Parcel Numbers (e.g., New Construction properties)
• Upon selecting listings & choosing to show only the selected, the displayed results on the Map will be limited to the selected properties as well
• When adding/editing a listing, the mandatory “Affected by Disclosures” field has been added for For Lease transactions
• The “Subdivision Name” field has been changes to a picklist selection to ensure accurate results
• Greater Listing & Property History Report accuracy
