Ability to Access connectBLC from Three Devices Simultaneously
While connectBLC has always been available from any device, you can now remain logged in on three devices simultaneously! All activity that is conducted on one device (e.g., searches, listing input) will automatically carry over & be accessible from the other device(s). A great way to see this in action is by clicking within the empty SmartBar to see your list of recent activities. As you engage with data across different devices, the list of activities will update & display uniformly across all devices (examples below).
Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC
The following improvements to connectBLC‘s design have been implemented to provide a better experience for Agents & Clients:
• Messages sent from Clients within their Client Portal are displayed within the Activity Feed in the Agent Portal (in addition to being received by email)
Caption text has been repositioned to remain prominent without obstructing view of the photo.
•Column headings are no longer abbreviated when viewing Member Search results
Improved Access to BLC Listing from Public Records CRS Report:
Properties with listing history will display both a new "View BLC Info" tab and a quick link in the status icon pop-out for easy navigation to the most recent listing record.
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this release include:
• Expired listings cannot be re-activated after 60 days
• When adding or editing a listing, entries within the Zip Code field must contain 5 digits
• For listings in which the Closed Price & Search Price differ, the Closed Price is displayed
