Ability to Compare Sale Price and Original List Price When Viewing Search
Results
The SP:OLP field can be added to any custom table report in order to compare the Sale Price with the
Original List Price for a listing to help with market & pricing analysis.
Once added, the percentage for all relevant listing results will display within the SP:OLP column of the
report.
Ability to Add Utilities as a Public Document for a Listing
When adding/editing a listing, Utilities can be selected as a Document Type within the Public
Document section.
Once added, the document will be available to Agents & Clients automatically from any listing report (see
examples below).
Ability to Add Additional Contact Information for Service Partners
When adding a Service Partner to connectBLC, you can include additional contact information including
their website, Instagram page, etc. If you refer the Service Partner to a Client, this contact information will
be displayed within their connectBLC Client Portal to help facilitate efficient transactions.
Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC
The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients:
- A Broker Bay link is available from the My Listings/Transaction page to easily schedule showings
- Upon searching for a Member, the results page has been updated to include Agent Phone
hyperlinks to facilitate one-click calls
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this
release include:
• Price Per Square Foot/Acre throughout connectBLC is rounded to display two decimal points
• Ability to change status for Office Exclusive listings to Active, Pending, Release, &/or Sold
• The Floor Number field is limited to two characters when adding/editing a listing
• Estates has been added as an option within the Street Suffix field
