3-Up Comparison Report
A 3-Up Comparison Report is now available from the Search results page to allow users to view,
print, or
export a side-by-side listing comparison report.
To view results using the 3-Up Comparison Report, select the associated icon from the available views.
To export or print a 3-Up Comparison Report, first select which listings you would like to compare and
click the Print Listings or Save as PDF icon.
Next, select “All selected listings” under the Properties to Print section and “3-Up Comparison Report”
under the All Reports -> Agent Reports section.
Then, click Print or Save as PDF.
The following 3-Up Comparison Report will be exported:
Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC
The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients:
• Users now have the ability to draw a map shape and exclude all listings within that shape by
selecting Exclude Shapes from the Multiple Shapes Behavior drop down menu in the Map search.
• A bulletin has been added for Listing Agent/Co-listing Agents when a buyer enters comments
during the Collaborative Closing process.
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this
release include:
