connectBLC Release Updates 09.3.2024
Easily Copy Listing Address, Listing ID, and Tax ID
Users can now easily copy the Listing Address, Listing ID, or Tax ID from the Detail Report.
1. To copy the Listing Address, select the Copy to Clipboard icon next to the Listing Address.
2. To copy the Listing ID, select the Copy to Clipboard icon next to the Listing ID.
3. To copy the Tax ID, select the Copy to Clipboard icon next to the Tax ID.
Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC
The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients.
• Updated all export options to include ‘Comma Separated Values (.csv)’ and remove ‘Excel
2007+’ and replace with ‘Excel’ label.
• Button has been added to the top of the Transaction Dashboard that will open the listing Detail
Report in a pop-up window.
• The ability to click on and select a map parcel/layer data when drawing a map shape has been
disabled preventing interference when completing the shape.
• Parcel ID and Layers have been added to the Re-Position Map within Add/Edit.
• Improvements to the Pre-Market Listing process have been implemented, including:
o Help text to guide users through process
o Help pop-out to provide guidance regarding the On Market Date entry
• Improvements to Search by Multiple Address functionality have been made, allowing users to
clear individual addresses by clicking the ‘X’ icon next to the address or using the ‘Clear All” link
to remove all addresses within the search.
• Improvements have been made to Address Search to allow for a more intuitive experience
including an increased address limit when searching multiple addresses.
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this
release include:
