connectBLC Release Updates 10.03.2023

Ability to Share Multiple Properties Using Share Link

When conducting a search for listings, the option to send a collection of listings is now available within connectBLC. Simply select one or more listings you’d like to share from the search results, then click the Share Link icon in the top right corner to copy a Public Listing link that can be shared.

 

When opened, this link will lead to a connectBLC landing page where the selected listings can be viewed by the link recipient. 



Sold and Expired Listings Remain on Client Portal If Favorited or Match the Original Search Criteria

Sold and Expired listings will remain visible within the Client Portal for Automated Searches for the following scenarios:
• If a listing has been marked as a favorite by the Client, then it will remain visible regardless of search Status or number of days.
• If a listing has an Off-Market status that is part of the original search criteria, then the listing will remain visible.
• If a listing has an Off-Market status that is NOT part of the original search criteria, then the listing will be visible for 30 days.
Note: The 30-day visibility range applies to all Off-Market statuses. 



Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC

The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better experience for Agents & Clients:
• Ability to easily clear fields within a search by clicking the “X” icon next to the search field 



• Calendars are displayed below the field being populated throughout connectBLC



Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC

In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this release include:
• When adding remarks in the Public Remarks and Private Remarks fields, the use of “ALL CAPS” will prompt an alert and generate a violation when saved.
• When creating a Pre-Market listing, the “On Market Date” field may not contain a past date.
• Issue previously affecting the Magic Link email has been resolved.
• Pending listings are now included in the Market Activity widget.
• Issue previously affecting the Market Activity widget has been resolved and now displays accurate results for “My Activity”, “Office Activity”, and “Company Activity”.
• When filling out a field in Add/Edit, all non-ascii characters (such as an emoji) will be removed from text fields after saving.
• Issue previously affecting some automatic search schedules has been resolved.
