connectBLC Release Updates 10.17.2023

Increased Shape Limit When Searching with Geographic Boundaries

You can now search using up to 10 geographical boundaries within the Map View of connectBLC.
First, select the Draw Boundary icon. 



Next, select the boundary shape you would like to use.



You can search the map using up to 10 geographical boundaries.



Ability to Include/Exclude Results when Searching with Multiple Overlapping Geographic Boundaries

Previously, when conducting a Map search with multiple geographic boundaries/shapes, any listings that fell within the overlapping sections of the shapes would be excluded from the results. With this release however, you can determine whether you would like listings within the overlapping/intersecting sections to be included or excluded. To designate your preference, create a search with overlapping geographic boundaries & select the Multiple Shapes Behavior link to indicate your preference.



Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC

The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better experience for Agents & Clients:

• Listing photos in the Photo Gallery view are now displayed at a larger size



• Listing price is now displaying when printing the Gallery or Thumbnail reports.


• Increased character limit in Public Remarks field to 2000. Characters remaining display below text box. For print purposes, additional text will be truncated.



Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC

In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this release include:
• Issue previously affecting emails with special characters has been resolved.
• When creating a Pre-Market Listing, the “On Market Date” field may not contain a past date.
• Issue previously affecting the Market Activity widget has been resolved and now displays accurate results for New Listings.
• Issue previously affecting the Tax Data Report when printing has been resolved.
• Issue previously affecting Reverse Prospecting results has now been resolved.
