connectBLC Release Updates 10.31.2023

Ability to Email Multiple Agents Simultaneously When Reverse Prospecting

An enhancement to Reverse Prospecting now allows agents to make multi-selections for a bulk email message to be delivered, rather than having to email each individually.



Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC

The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better experience for Agents & Clients:
  1. Layers are now available within the Client Portal



  1. When making a price change, the auto-populated data in the List Price field has been removed to reduce confusion.


  1.  All lakefront criteria, such as Boat Slip and Dock, are now located under the Waterfront Features field in both Add/Edit and Search.


  1. When changing a listing to Back on Market, the expiration date must be in the future.


  1. The clear search X button is now displayed next to the field, as well as in the Filters Applied section.



Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC

In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this release include:
      • Issue with appointment confirmation inaccuracy in BrokerBay has been resolved.
      • A listing that is re-leased cannot be entered as a new listing with the same agent within 30 days of the re-leased date. The exception for this is when it is the same agent, but a different company.
      • Issue previously affecting members’ ability to sign in on-behalf of another member has been resolved.
      • All instances of “Master Bedroom” have been changed to “Primary Bedroom”.
      • Typos in field entries have been corrected.
      • Issue previously affecting Status field on the My Favorites table has been resolved.
      • Clone Only option has been removed from the importing listing data field when adding a new listing.
      • Special Listing Conditions are independent of Affected by Disclosures and are no longer required.
      • Horse Amenities field now defaults to “None”.
      • Issue previously affecting Save as PDF when more than 45 records are selected has been resolved.
      • Association Y/N is now a searchable field.
      • BrokerBay now pulls “Listing Agent ID” instead of “Currently Logged In Agent ID”.
      • Issue previously affecting search results when On Market Date field is used has now been resolved.
