Ability to Search by Address in the Client Portal
Clients can now perform an address search while searching within the Client Portal.
They can do so by navigating to the Search Listings section at the top of the Client Portal.
An address can be entered into the search bar in the upper left corner.
Address suggestions will begin populating as a dropdown list once the first letter of a street name has
been entered into the search bar.
Ability to Clone Between Residential Lease Listings and Residential Sale
Listings
Users can clone a Residential Lease listing to a Residential Sale listing and vice versa. This is useful when
listing properties for builders or other similar scenarios where only a handful of floor plans are available.
To clone an Active Residential Lease listing, select “Auto-populate from Tax & BLC data (Clone + Tax)”
on the Add New Listing page.
Enter the address or parcel number and other required information. Then, click Next.
Select the box next to the Active Residential Lease listing you would like to clone. Then, click Next.
The basic listing information will now be auto populated from the Active Residential Lease listing. Double
check the data, then, click Save & Continue.
When you are finished filling out the rest of the fields and click Save & Continue you will receive a
warning to double check information for the cloned listing. Once information has been verified, check the
box next to the warning and click, Publish Listing.

available on a Pre-Market listing.

• Draft listings can be cloned given adequate permissions (e.g., Listing Agents can clone from their
own drafts, Office Managers can clone from draft listings within their office, etc.)
