Ability to Identify a Host Agent for an Open House
When adding an Open House to a listing, Agents now have the ability to identify who the Host Agent is.
To add a Host Agent to an Open House, first select the Edit icon next to the listing you would like to
create an Open House for.
Next, select Add/Edit Tour or Open House.
Select Add New Tour/Open House.
Agents can now identify who the Open House will be attended by (Agent, Seller, or Unattended), as well
as specify a name in the Host field at the bottom of the Open House pop-up window.
A Lookup link allows users to search from a list of Agents to easily populate the Host field.
