Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC
The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients:
- Checkbox added to Search page that allows users to differentiate when searching between a
public Open House or a Broker Tour
• Improvements to the SmartBar sorting logic have been implemented and as a result recent
listings will now be presented first in the list.
• Violation Status has been added to the Violations tab on the Bulletins widget.
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in
this
release include:
• Issue previously causing an error when using the Circle shape to search on a map then exporting
results
has been resolved.
• Issue previously causing hyperlinks and labels to not work properly within the Bulletins widget
has been
resolved.
• Office Exclusive and Pre-Market listings have been added to the RETS Feed.
• Violation Warning added for levels to require Upper Level Sqft when level is greater than one.
• Duplicate listings rules check added for Pre-Market, Office Exclusive, and Pending listings.
• Listings for Area 4913 were updated in accordance with the MLSAREAMAJOR consolidation that
was performed in a previous release.
