connectBLC Release Updates 6.4.2025

Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC

The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients:
  1. Maximum photo size for Roster and Office photos has increased from 140p x 55p to 1280p x
            720p.   

Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC

In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this
release include:

      •   Template for New/Changed Listing Search Notification BCC email has been updated to show
            the term “matches” instead of the term “properties”.
      •   Issue previously causing Property Condition field and inputs to not be retained in Saved Search
           criteria has been resolved.
      •   Issue previously causing CRS Parcel Number calls to result in significant delays has been
           resolved.
      •   Price changes within a Draft listing are no longer being reflected in the Listing Property History
           Report. List Price changes are recorded in history when the price is updated on an Active listing.
      •   Agents are no longer able to move a listing back to an Office Exclusive status once it has been
           moved out of being Office Exclusive.
      •   Issue previously causing an Oops page when trying to access a specific listing’s details through a
           client email has been resolved.
