When entering a listing in the BLC service, you may notice that there is inaccurate information in the New Construction field. 

This may be a result of using the cloning feature when copying from a previous listing.  If the data in this field is incorrect,

please follow the instructions below to update:

There are two fields that will display New Construction data.  

The first field is within the Exterior Features Tab.  The New Construction field will display a Yes or No value, however, this field is greyed out.  

The second field contains the editable New Construction information.  This field is located in the Edit Basic Listing Information section.  

Once you have entered the Edit Basic Listing information screen, you can click on the New Construction drop down field and select the correct Yes or No value.  Next, click on the Edit Details option on the right to navigate back to the main menu of the editing screen.
