Transaction Management System Overview
Using the power of connectBLC, the embedded Transaction Management System provides a centralized location where you can communicate and collaborate with your buyers, sellers, and real estate service partners without ever leaving connectBLC.
1. Click on the My Listings/Transactions link on the My BLC Home Page.
2. To access the transaction dashboard for a particular listing, click on the BLC number.
Note: The image shown below is an example of a transaction in progress.
The list agent will have the ability to Create a Share Link, View all Photos, Email, Print,
Favorite, Locate/Map the Property, and have access to the options under the
Additional Info section.
