A full view of your account audit history and data is available to review and export on the Master Lock Vault Enterprise website through the Global History report. This lets you know who attempted to open a lock, when they attempted to do it, and how they attempted to do it. You are able to search, sort, and export all of the information from the website. Login to the app to view recent history of your lock use in the Master Lock Vault Enterprise app.
- Login to the Master Lock Vault Enterprise website: https://enterprise.masterlockvault.com/
- Click on the "History" tab to view all lock activity
- All columns with a Filter icon can be Filtered (F) and Sorted (S), including columns in reports
- Timestamp (F,S) – Timestamp of the access event
- Lock Name (F,S) – Name for the lock
- Device ID (F,S) – Identifier for the lock
- Event (F,S) – Type of event
- Email (F,S) – Email address of the user
- First Name (F,S) – First name of the user
- Last Name (F,S) – Last name of the user
- Details – Event details
- To filter by column, click on the filter icon in the column header to display the "Specify a Filter" screen. Set the filter details by selecting the filter definition from the dropdown and the filter search field. Click the "Filter" button to complete the search. This is helpful if you want to filter by email, name, date, lock name, user, etc.
- To sort by column, click anywhere on the column header except the filter icon. An arrow will appear to show you how the column is sorted (Standard, Ascending Sort, Descending Sort). Click on the column header again to reverse the sort order and click on the column header again to return it to its original sort order.
- To search columns including Lock Name, Device ID, Email, First Name and Last Name, use the search bar in the top navigation bar.
- To export data, scroll to the bottom of the history page and click the "Export" button. The export request will be submitted and you will receive the CSV file in an email when it is ready. At the bottom of the history page is a set of tools. These include:
- Refresh: Updates results using the current report criteria
- Export: Submits export request to be emailed CSV file; Export files may contain more data than is shown on screen
- Page Navigation: Navigate between results pages; Select individual page numbers; Select Beginning, Previous, More, Next, Last
- Result Display Count: Show 20, 40, or 100 results per page
