person outside the broker's broker company.
5. Conduct open houses.
6. Conduct telemarketing or telephone canvassing to schedule appointments in order to seek
listings.
7. Negotiate or agree to any commission, commission split, management fee, or referral fee on
behalf of a broker.

18. Order items as directed by the licensee.
19. Type (not draft) contract forms for approval by the licensee and supervising broker.
20. Record deposits and advance rents.
The Licensed Assistant may have different permission levels granted by the Managing Broker.
A licensed assistant may have access to edit a branch office or an entire brokerages listings.
