Ability to Associate a Team with a Buyer Agent When Transitioning a Listing to Pending/Sold
When transitioning a listing to the Pending or Sold status, if the Buyer Agent is part of a Team, you will be able to include the Team’s information within the contract. To do so, select the Lookup Team link after adding the Buyer Agent’s information.



connectBLC will display the Team information for any Team that the Buyer Agent is associated with.



Upon selecting the Team, relevant information will automatically populate within the related fields.



*Note: Changing the Buyer Agent will clear the related Team information.

Resolution to Issue Regarding BCC Emails Not Being Delivered Under Certain Circumstances
Previously, an issue was reported in which an Agent would not receive a BCC email for an Automatic Search under the following conditions:



The issue has been resolved with this release, & an Agent will now receive a BCC email. See Saved Search Concierge for instructions on using this search option.

Listings with “Withdrawn” & “Temporarily Off-Market” Status will Automatically Update to “Expired” Upon Expiration Date
When changing a listing to the Withdrawn or Temporarily Off-Market status, the status will remain in place until the Expiration Date. As of the Expiration Date, the status will automatically change to Expired.

Additional Fields are Available When Adding a Condo
In order to ensure data accuracy & powerful searches, additional information is required when adding or editing a listing with the Condominium property subtype. The mandatory fields are available within the General section & displayed below.



Ability to Search for Rooms Information by Basement, Main, & Upper Level
When using the Rooms Information field to refine a search, the following options are available from the Level field: Basement, Main, & Upper.



“No Fireplace” Field Functionality Replaced by “Fireplaces Total”
Previously, No Fireplace was an available option within the Fireplace Features field. If the Fireplace Total field has a value of 0 (i.e., no fireplace) however, the Fireplace Features field is automatically suppressed, thus with this release the No Fireplace option has been removed from the Fireplace Features field to prevent confusion & data inaccuracy.



“Unit Primary Bedroom” Field Replaces “Unit Master Bedroom” for Residential Income
To maintain consistency & appropriate verbiage, the Unit Master Bedroom field has been updated to Unit Primary Bedroom within the Residential Income Search (as was previously the case elsewhere within connectBLC).



“Unit Number” Field Only Available within Basic Listing Information for Condo, Townhouse, & Commercial (Sale or Lease) Listings
To prevent confusion, the Unit Number field is only available within the Basic Listing Information section of the following property/transaction subtypes: Condominium, Townhouse, Commercial- Sale, & Commercial- Lease.
