New incident: Investigating

 

Dear MIBOR Member,

 

We are aware of an intermittent issue with the Client Activity Widget causing the BLC® home page to have a blank display. Our vendor is actively investigating for a solution. An alternative solution is to remove the Client Activity widget from your home screen and this will display the other widgets as expected. We are also aware this has impacted saved search notifications. 
 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.
