Where is the Sharing Code for my lockboxes?

MasterLock Electronic Bluetooth lockboxes purchased from MIBOR are preloaded with a BrokerBay integration code, otherwise referred to as the Sharing Code. Note: This is not a code used to access the box via the keypad in any way. This is a piece of coding that is used to integrate your Master Lock Bluetooth lockbox functionality within your showing configurations in BrokerBay.

After you log in to Master Lock® Vault Enterprise:

A. Locate your Lock Box Sharing Code on the Vault Enterprise App:

  1. On the “Locks” tab in the app, tap on your lock box to view the lock details
  2. Under Settings, tap the About This Lock option.
  3. Tap the Purchased Links option to display the Sharing Code

B. Locate Lock Box Sharing Code on the Vault Enterprise Website:

  1. On the "Locks" tab on the website, click on the lock box name to view the lock details.
  2. Under the Settings sub tab, locate the Purchased Links information that displays the Sharing Code
